Sunshine Coast Queensland

Tourism Noosa

Sunshine Coast - Queensland

The Sunshine Coast is one hour north of Brisbane. The Sunshine Coast is home to some of the world’s best beaches, ancient mountain landscapes and sub tropical forests. The region extends from Caloundra to the Glass House Mountains, and Blackall Ranges north to Tin Can Bay, and west through the Mary Valley.

Experience the diversity of the Sunshine Coast offering soft and hard adventures. Try diving with sharks, deep sea fishing, racing on the Big Kart Track, ballooning over the Glasshouse Mountains, or tasting locally produced wines and dining at the myriad of cafes and restaurants, showcasing local produce.

Enjoy a scenic drive through the Blackall Ranges and take in the stunning scenery of the Glass House Mountains, the distant coastline and the many waterfalls. The hinterland offers rolling green countryside, subtropical rainforest, cosy retreats, wineries and numerous art and craft galleries.

The Sunshine Coast is alive with renowned artisans and artists, and shopping in the local towns and markets such as Maleny, Montville, Eumundi, Noosa Heads, Mooloolaba, Caloundra and Gympie.

The Sunshine Coast`s pristine surf beaches stretch for around forty miles, broken only by an occasional headland or the clear water of a river estuary. Coastal townships like Caloundra, Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Coolum, Rainbow Beach and Noosa are synonymous with the relaxed beach vacation.

Visit key attractions such as Underwater World, Australia Zoo, Super Bee, Yandina Ginger Factory and the Mary Valley Rattler Steam Train, to name a few. Whether your clients desire a five star experience, romantic getaway, hotel, resort, apartment or bed and breakfast accommodation the Sunshine Coast has it all.
