We thoroughly enjoyed our Tasmanian holiday. Everything was booked ahead and we didn’t have to worry about anything. The accommodation was excellent. The Gordon River cruise was one of the highlights also the stay at cradle mountain.

Just returned from an amazing tour of Tassie! Emma did a fantastic job at organising everything. We gave her a brief on what type of experiences we’d like and she surpassed our expectations with everything. We didn’t really know how beautiful Tassie really is. The accommodation was 5 star, the food and wine was exceptional. All tours were professionally run and thoroughly enjoyable. We are already planning our return trip next year and won’t be looking anywhere other then First Light Travel to organise another fantastic trip. We’d never used a travel agent to organise experiences and from now on we won’t be doing it any other way.

First Light Travels prices were really fantastic too.

What can i say, nothing but 5 stars from beginning to end. I don't usually use Travel Agents and especially one from another country but happened to ask for a quote and went from there. Emma looked after us with such professionalism, they had a good policy for refunds due to COVID and made all the changes as we changed our mind a bit and was able to suggest other things for us. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our trip we were on the plane one minute and off the plane the next and quickly rung Emma who was fantastic and with the other wonderful people in her team in the back was changing our accommodation and our tours and remaking new ones etc and we were still able to do everything we planned, it was quite stressful when it happened but knowing they were there working in the background to help us fulfill this trip that had been cancelled a few times was amazing. The tours were fantastic, the price was great and we had the best time every.

My husband and I celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary with a trip to the top end. We will hold such fantastic memories from this trip forever! Our travel agent Emma was great and our itinerary was tailored perfectly for our family interests and fitness. The holiday was well organised and easy to use. We had no problems with transportation ( car, train and flights), the accommodation was great and all trip vouchers were well-received ( didn't need to worry about bringing cash).
