It was a pleasant experience to discuss the travel needs and get customised itinerary from Michelle Srzich of First Light Travel. She was very patient and came up with couple of options to suit my needs. The stay arrangement was very comfortable and was done keeping the travellers in mind. Pre booked activity cancellation due to inclement weather was also taken care with a refund request after the trip completion. The family trip to Tasmania was a memorable one and kudos to Michelle and team.
