We had the most amazing week in Tasmania. The entire trip had been meticulously planned by Michelle, everything went according to plan from collecting our car at the airport to checking into the various hotels. She even arranged a full week of sun!! It was the first time we had used an Agency for any holiday. We rate First Light Travel "5 stars out of 5 stars" - highly recommended

What can i say, nothing but 5 stars from beginning to end. I don't usually use Travel Agents and especially one from another country but happened to ask for a quote and went from there. Emma looked after us with such professionalism, they had a good policy for refunds due to COVID and made all the changes as we changed our mind a bit and was able to suggest other things for us. Unfortunately due to COVID we had to postpone our trip we were on the plane one minute and off the plane the next and quickly rung Emma who was fantastic and with the other wonderful people in her team in the back was changing our accommodation and our tours and remaking new ones etc and we were still able to do everything we planned, it was quite stressful when it happened but knowing they were there working in the background to help us fulfill this trip that had been cancelled a few times was amazing. The tours were fantastic, the price was great and we had the best time every.
Thank you to Emma and her team I cannot recommend them enough.
