We could probably have saved a few dollars by organising and booking ourselves, but the modest extra cost to book our trip through First Light Travel was well worth it. The original itinerary was adjusted quickly to address our requests, and we were very happy with the quality of all aspects of our trip. From Launceston, to Cradle Bay, a side trip to the gorgeous old town of Ross, then across to Freycinet for our fabulous Wine Glass Bay cruise (mother and baby whales, fur seals and dolphins!), then to Port Arthur and Hobart, with another side trip to beautiful Richmond, we loved it all. Everything ran smoothly, all the work was done for us, and full instructions were provided for the trip. Thanks First Light Travel.

We found Daniel and The First Light Travel team to be very helpful, responsive and good value for money. Daniel made some great suggestions for our holiday to Tasmania and they were a great addition to our initial plans and were fantastic

This trip gave us a great taste of Tasmania! We contacted First Light Travel with only a few weeks to plan for a trip during very busy period in Tas. We had an extremely quick response - an itinerary was completed in a few days and she was very patient with our requested changes and answered all our questions. They made the process very stress-free and easy.
The trip itself was lovely and gave us a perfect balance between relaxing, traveling and exploring places that catered to exactly what we wanted in this trip. We managed to see so many beautiful places in a short time, without feeling overwhelmed.
On our last day we had a flight cancellation, leading to us needing to find accommodation at very short notice. We contacted them and despite how difficult it was to find a place within a reasonable budget for that night, we had a place to stay again within the hour and our rental car agreement extended for another day. I cannot fault the service they have provided! Will definitely be coming back for our next trip!
